Luna is a 4 year old, 59 lb. beauty with beautiful eyes (one brown, one blue).
She is shy upon first meeting but you’ll quickly win her over with treats and toys. Luna loves to play and show off and can’t wait to find her forever friend.
Sadly, Luna was left in a boarding facility when a rescue group closed. She would love to find her person for adventures and snuggles… and to have someone in her life to love!

All potential families must complete a short and easy application, talk to one of our friendly adoption volunteers and undergo a convenient home check.
Before a dog goes home, all families must complete and sign an adoption contract and we do ask for a suggested donation on all adoptions.

Take Me Home (TMH) is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization that has been saving the lives of homeless animals for more than twelve years. We work in conjunction with shelters and rescues throughout California and beyond to help save dogs on death row, on the streets or in unsafe living conditions. Our team is driven by love, compassion and doing right by innocent animals who have no voice.
We are very skilled in running mobile dog adoptions and working with families in all aspects of finding their new family member. We also have an on-site trainer at most of our adoption events and available as a resource after our dogs are placed in loving homes.
All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, brought up-to-date on all shots and are micro-chipped. If we pull a dog from a shelter, we will quarantine him/her to ensure they are healthy before they go home. We also have an amazing foster program available for our special needs and older dogs.
