I am 43lbs and I am looking for my forever home.
Adoption Donation: $450
Buddy has already done one of the hardest jobs there is — being a devoted dad. When his owners moved away, he was left behind with his girlfriend Holly and their four puppies. Buddy stayed, helped raise his babies, and made sure they were safe, and now it’s finally his turn to be cared for.
He’s ready to leave survival mode behind and enjoy a life where he can relax, feel secure, and be loved. Buddy would be happy as an only dog, with a canine friend, or in a home with his longtime companion, Holly.
Buddy is looking for a family that will give him the comfort, stability, and affection he deserves. In return, he’ll offer loyalty, gratitude, and the kind of love that comes from a dog who’s been waiting patiently for his happy ending.
All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption.
All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption.
Appointments are recommended. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family.
Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble. We also cannot guarantee the ages of our adoptable animals or how large puppies will be when fully grown.
