My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We have been fostering Shar now for a year and a couple of months (she was 14-months old then). I was hoping I would be able to convince her to be chicken friendly, but she loves how they taste too much, lol (I breed and sell chickens). Shar is amazing with property protection, she is great with our sheep, our horses, our cats, and our other dog. Shar loves her person, her family, her people. She is sensitive, empathic, and affectionate in a way that leads me to think she would also be a good fit as a companion pet. We have had a number of people inquire, but we are really looking for a home that would give her more affection. She is such a love and most people just want her to be a livestock guardian dog. My experience with her is that she is so much more than a livestock guardian dog. She is great outside, but her heart is driven more by being close to her person or family. We really want to make sure she goes to her forever home. It would mean the world to us.
