Meet Billy, the Min Pin with a big personality! His bark and bite might be small, but his love is large. Billy came from horrible living conditions, and he was kept outside his entire life. He has since gone into a foster home where he is learning all the things for being a house pup. He is neutered, vaccinated, heartworm negative, on preventatives, and has had dental work done. He is a feisty one that likes to bully other pups even though he is only 10lbs, but the corrective actions can stop him (he had to fight for his food his whole life so he is learning to be nice). He has been around cats some and likes to chase them but won't harm them. He has had a hard life but that shouldn't hinder him from finding his forever family. Billy longs for love and security. He will be a forever companion if he can get the opportunity.
