Hi there! I’m DASH (DOB: ~04/27/2021), a male beige/white domestic medium hair. I was surrendered to a local animal control facility when I was just a tiny baby, and they reached out to FFRS to take me in and help me find my new home. I can be a very relaxed guy at times, love to be held, will garner all your attention, and get along well with other kitties. I am playful, too, but will always seek out a lap or your arms when I am done playing. I’m curious, very inquisitive, enjoy helping out with chores, and love exploring (well, you might say I’m just nosey)!!! I also love to “snoopervise” whatever you are doing, in other words, I’m constantly in your business! I need a home with another young kitty so that I can keep them busy, too! I promise I will provide you with years of love, laughter, loyalty, and companionship if you’ll give me the chance! I am neutered, up-to-date with vaccines, negative for Feline FIV/FeLV, dewormed, microchipped, and have received flea preventative. My adoption fee is $150.00.

Our adoption fees range from $150 to $500 and include spay/neuter, core vaccines, Feline Aids/Leukemia testing, and microchipping. We have suspended our normally scheduled twice-monthly meet-and-greet events and we do not have a public facility. We do, however, set appointments to conduct adoptions for those who have Applications that have been approved by our Adoption Committee.

Fancy Feline Rescue of the South, licensed by the Georgia Department of Agriculture, is a small rescue organization with a big heart for the "Fancy Feline" breeds -- particularly Persian, Himalayan, Exotic, Ragdoll, Birman, Maine Coon, Siamese, and mixes of these breeds. Our goal is to provide tender, loving care and safe-haven for those cats that are abandoned, abused, neglected, or no longer wanted by their owners, and to find appropriate, adoptive forever homes for each. While in our care, Fancy Feline Rescue of the South strives to provide one-on-one socialization, providing the individual attention these cats so often need. We work strictly out of no more than five exclusive foster homes. Those foster home are carefully screened, home visits are made, and each foster family is required to have no more than four foster cats at any time, thereby allowing individual attention and plenty of TLC for each cat. Fancy Feline Rescue of the South is dedicated to providing individual attention and the best care possible for our cats. We evaluate each cat as to temperament, fully vet before adoption, and place them with the best adoptive home to meet the needs of the specific cat.

Fancy Feline Rescue of the South is an Affiliate Rescue of Cat Fanciers Association Breeder Assistance-Breeder Rescue Program (CFA BAP-BRP).
