My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mocha — a gentle soul with a heart full of love. ☕

At 14 years young, Mocha has already lived quite a life. She came to us from an overcrowded home in New Mexico, where she was part of a court seizure. Despite her past, Mocha’s spirit remains as warm and comforting as her name suggests.

Now in Utah, she’s ready to spend her golden years surrounded by kindness and peace. Mocha is the perfect companion for a calm home — she gets along beautifully with other dogs and loves nothing more than quiet moments, gentle pets, and a cozy spot to nap beside you.

Mocha does have some hearing loss, so she’ll need a family with patience and understanding — someone who will give her the time and tenderness she deserves as she adjusts to her new surroundings.

Though she’s a senior, her heart is young, and her capacity for love is endless. At Mountain Mamas, we know she’ll never be forgotten — but we also know her forever family is out there, ready to give her the soft landing she so deeply deserves.

If you have room in your heart for a sweet, seasoned soul, Mocha is waiting patiently to meet you.
