Hello, I'm Mochi! My foster parent calls me "Mucchi" (pronounced Mu-chee) because of my adorable white mustache. I'm a gentle and playful kitten looking for my fur-ever home. I was rescued with my three siblings (Jamun, Cherry, Barfi) and our wonderful (but very shy) mom, Tara.
I am the certified boss-lady of the litter! I'm a confident, sassy, and very playful girl who likes to live life on her own terms. I'm not a needy kitten, but I've graciously decided that humans are necessary... especially for providing pets, opening food cans, and waving wand toys! I'll be sure to reward your services with plenty of purrs and hilarious antics.
My mom and I are very bonded, and we'd love to find a home together! To help us all be brave and happy, adoption in pairs is strongly prioritized (me with a sibling, or me with my mom, Tara!). Look for my mates - Tara, Barfi, Cherry, Jamun.
Why Adopt in Pairs? Adopting two of us together has so many benefits!
A Built-in Best Friend: We'll always have a playmate!
Less Loneliness: We'll keep each other company so we never get lonely.
Easier Transition: We'll be braver exploring our new home together.
Double the Love: You get to enjoy twice the purrs and snuggles!
My Details:
Health: I am up-to-date on all my shots and have already been spayed. I'm healthy and ready to go!
Training: I am 100% litter box trained.
Food: I'm a great eater and enjoy both wet and dry food, but I really love my wet food.
Mochi Teegan is around 3 months old (as of November) and is spayed, FeLV and FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained.
It is Project MEOW's policy that kittens are either adopted with another cat or kitten, or go to a new family that already has a cat or kitten for companionship.
Adoption fee: $125 (plus tax)

Adopt 2 cats and save $25 off the total adoption fee
* You must be 18 or older to adopt. If you’re under 18, you must have a parent or guardian submit an application on your behalf.
* All cats must be kept indoors. In special circumstances, we may waive this requirement on a case-by-case basis.
* We do not adopt to any home that will declaw an animal. Declawing is cruel and unnecessary.
* All cats/kittens must be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
* Kittens under 6 months must be adopted in pairs or into a home with another active cat or cat-friendly dog.
* Your adoption fee helps to cover a small part of the costs of veterinary care. However, we strongly recommend that you take your new kitty to your vet for a check-up shortly after adopting to establish a relationship and a lifetime of regular check-ups and care.
