Finley is a wonderful dog. He loves everyone! He does great with my 2 small dogs and cat. He is Not a working dog. He’s a couch potato.
This is my predicament:
I have another male GP that is 5 years old. Finley is 1 1/2 years old. Both are neutered. But they both are very protective of me and it has caused some intense aggression between them. I try my best to keep them separated but sometimes it’s difficult. The fights have now become a weekly occurrence at minimum and usually occur in near proximity to me.
I will be moving into an RV in the next few months and it’s just not safe to have them where they can’t be separated.
He loves being outside, but has been an inside dog. So a fenced yard would be ideal. He loves walks and walks well on a leash once he settles down. He does pull if he sees someone because he loves people.
He had puppy shots but is only current on his rabies vaccine.
