My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Cedric – The Gentle, Goofy Little Hero    Cedric is a 5-month-old orange and white harlequin kitten who weighs about 6 pounds and has one of the sweetest, most trusting hearts you’ll ever meet. This brave boy went through a tough battle with a virus that nearly cost him his right eye—but thanks to his calm, patient nature and gentle spirit, he let his caregivers treat him every step of the way. Because of that, he made a wonderful recovery! Now, he just has a faint cloudy mark on his iris, which doesn’t bother him one bit and may even fade over time.  Cedric is the perfect mix of silly and snuggly. He’s a master hunter in training—watch him crouch low, scrunch his tail, and do the most dramatic stalk-wiggle-pounce you’ve ever seen! He’ll keep you laughing with his playful antics, then melt into your arms for cuddles and a cozy nap when the day winds down.  With his sweet personality, gentle soul, and fun-loving spirit, Cedric is the kind of kitten who instantly wins hearts. He’s ready to bring joy, laughter, and a whole lot of love to his forever home.   Please contact us at Critter Cavalry Rescue:   ccrtennessee@gmail.com if you are interested in adopting.  We transport to the northeastern region and also adopt to our local Nashville, TN families where we are located.

More about this rescue

We are a group of dedicated rescue people who want to save as many dogs and cats from the local shelters before they are euthanized. On the average....there are only 1 out of 10 animals that get adopted from a shelter. We are dedicated to helping increase pet adoptions by offering a shelter animal a foster home to go to while awaiting an adoptive family to find them. Won't you please adopt a shelter animal? Or won't you please help us foster a shelter animal while we are looking for their perfect home? What a gift you can give a dog or cat by giving them a place to feel safe and secure....a forever home or a foster home. Won't you help us at Critter Cavalry give them a chance to have a life?
