Ash our little wobbly CH (cerebellar hypoplasia) kitten (did we mention he’s freaking adorable?) is ready to leave for a foster home or better yet, an adopter!
Ash may wobble when he walks, but that doesn’t slow him down one bit. He loves to play, snuggle, and explore — he just needs the right setup to thrive:
* No stairs
* Lots of rugs or carpet for traction
* A buddy to play with
He’s such a good boy and knows to use his litter box! He does best with one that has higher sides to lean against, and he even has his own custom feeding station (to help him stay steady) that will go with him.
Let’s get this sweet boy out of the vet clinic and into a loving home where he can show off his happy wobbles!
(Ash must be adapted into a home with another playful cat or dog, he loves his buddies!)

Our kitten adoption fee is $175 per kitten or $300 for a pair of kittens. Our cat (over 1 year old) adoption fee is $150.
We are a foster home based rescue. All interested adopters fill out an adoption application prior to meeting a dog or cat. All animals are fully vetted prior to finalized adoption and a home visit is done before the adoption is completed.

CARF works independently and in conjunction with other responsible rescue organizations. CARF advocates for proactive legislation to prevent and punish animal abuse, supports animal awareness campaigns targeting at-risk children and adults, sponsors animal assistance programs for marginalized individuals, and funds educational programs to enlighten future generations for the betterment of animal welfare and responsible animal stewardship. We serve Chicago and the greater Chicagoland area.
