My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Samurai has the heart of a survivor and the spirit of the wild. Rescued from a cruelty case, this brave girl spent her early life outdoors with little kindness or comfort from people. Because of that, she’s still learning what it means to be safe, loved, and part of a home. Samurai feels most at peace when she’s surrounded by nature — the rustle of leaves, the open sky, and the quiet calm of the outdoors are her happy places. She’s not your typical “couch companion” just yet, but with patience, understanding, and respect for her boundaries, she’s slowly discovering the softer side of life. Samurai will always carry a bit of her wild heart — it’s part of what makes her so special. She’ll need an experienced, compassionate home that can provide structure, continued rehabilitation, and the freedom to be herself. In return, she’ll share a quiet, powerful kind of trust that’s deeply rewarding. If you believe in second chances and have the dedication to help Samurai continue her healing journey, she may just choose you as her person.
