When she was rescued, Willow Ember’s fur was gone, her skin was raw and bleeding, and her ribs showed through the scars of neglect. She had no food, no clean water, and no one to care for her. We will have a volunteer call personal and vet references. We will interview applicant if all information provided is accurate.
