My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ollie: So soft to the touch!

Ollie is super charismatic! And boy is he intelligent and a fast learner. He might even know English! He loves LOVES, toys and too many will never be an option for him! He craves toys like some people crave chocolate, Ollie is fine to play by himself with his toys or is fine to play tug with his humans. It’s just all about the toys with him even if he is just carrying one around. Because he loves toys and to trot around with one in his mouth, we think he would do best in a setting where he could venture outside in a fenced in yard. He also loves his humans but is content to play by himself. The best of both worlds! His foster said that he seems to match the energy of the humans around him. So, if you had young children running around your house, he’s going to be running around the house too, and all of that energy likely will be too much. He’s fine to play quietly with his toys beside you when you are watching a movie or he is ready for an adventure. He really is an amazing dog and is fine being an only dog but doesn’t have to be. Ollie is housetrained …..so far no accidents…and knows sit….but sometimes just stares at you. He also responds to UP and DOWN. He is such a quick learner that his foster told him NO about getting on the couch, so he doesn’t get on the couch….at least when she is home! HA! Ollie is six years old but acts like he is 2 so we think he will live a long life!

Our dogs are in foster homes locally as well as in TN.

The best way to begin a potential adoption is to directly email storkwoods@comcast.net and request an application.

We think you are going to love him!
