Frisky is appropriately named! He is a super playful kitten and everything he comes across is a toy. He loves playing and frolicking around with his cat and kittens pals at the shelter. He was fostered in a home with kids and dogs and is good with both! He likes to be picked up and cuddled and he is a wonderful little guy!

Our shelter facility opened it's doors August 4th, 2011.
Our mission is to prevent suffering, neglect, abuse and cruelty to animals through community awareness and education, promoting responsible pet ownership and ending the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals in Pawnee County, Kansas. Since 2005, we have helped over 2,000 lost, stray, dumped, or relinquished animals to find loving homes.
