Brigid is a sweet, gentle, shy girl that loves to be held! She has a cute little white line that goes from her mouth to her neck; it looks like milk dripped down her chin. She enjoys watching squirrels play outside the window, watching you play video games, and even watching videos of herself playing! She loves wand toys, laser pointers, and little plastic spirals.
She plays well independently but prefers for her human to be involved.
Brigid likes when you pet her head and give her little scritches on her back near her tail. Sometimes when you are laying down, she will jump onto your side and take a nap. She will also come sit on your lap, or squeeze between your legs when you kneel down.
Brigid has excellent litter box habits and always uses her scratching post. Because she loves to be in your arms, it's not difficult to trim her claws. Brigid might be a little jumpy at first and watch your every move, but if you approach her slowly, you will quickly earn
her trust. She is very easygoing and mellow; she does not like roughhousing and would do well with another mellow, calm, playful cat.
Please note it is Fancy Cats' policy that kittens have an age-appropriate playmate in the home. We also do not adopt kittens to families with children under six years old without seeing appropriate history/experience with cats.
Adoption fee: $250, includes 1 st FVRCP, deworming, deflea, microchip
If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application and a representative will get back to you shortly to answer any questions you may have. The adoption policies and applications can be found at the following links: https://fancycats.org/adopt-a-cat and https://fancycats.org/adopt-a-dog. You can save animals like this one by becoming a foster! Fosters are like bridges between high kill shelters and forever homes. We need fosters so that we can save cats and dogs before they are euthanized at the shelters. If you are interested in becoming a foster, please visit: https://fancycats.org/volunteer
