My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Izzy!
Izzy is a one year old German Shepherd who came to us as an owner surrender after life changes and a loving family that wanted more for Izzy. She is shy, so we are working on her confidence. She loves to please and once she warms up to people, is a little lovey.
In her current foster home she is with another dog, and gets along well. She is very submissive. She is not interested in cats. Izzy is young and still learning, so likely not best around children.
Izzy is crate trained and house trained. She is working on her basic commands and doing well on leash walking.
Izzy is scheduled for her spay and will be ready for a new home December 1st.

Go meet their pets

Adoptable dogs are met at individual locations on a case by case basis that works best for the potential adopters and sanctuary volunteers.

More about this rescue

We are a family of volunteers offering a sanctuary service for dogs in need; canine hospice, boarding for active military members, and other pet needs.
Occasionally, dogs come into our care that are adoptable and do not need the sanctuary life, and we work to rehome them into the best home possible.
