Adopted from DeKalb lifeline, have had for 5 weeks, was told 2.5 years old but in consult with vet, thinking older puppy (9-12 months) . Needs training for leash aggression, internal control mechanisms - loving fun puppy and we started on a structured training plan - we have two dogs, our male is a feral rescue and a non alpha - he has had some negative interactions initiated by Kurt - Kurt is also shy of people but enough time is spent he becomes comfortable and has started listening to my verbal commands. He needs individual attention and routine without numerous distraction which, with our family and two dogs, is very hard to do.
