Meet Miss Brisby — The Ratties Litter
Miss Brisby made it safely to Wisconsin on 11/15 and is settling in beautifully with her foster family! She’s already getting comfortable in her new home, had her first bath, and is starting to work on all the puppy basics like potty training, crate training, and learning leash manners.
From a rough start to a second chance, Miss Brisby is ready to shine. She’s part of the Ratties litter — Miss Brisby (F), Templeton (M), Professor Ratigan (M), Rizzo (F), and Remy (M) — who came into a Georgia kill shelter after being surrendered by a backyard breeder. Heartbreakingly, this was the second litter from the same people in less than a year.
At just 6–7 weeks old (as of 11/5), Miss Brisby arrived skinny, malnourished, and underweight, but she’s thriving now and her sweet, curious personality is starting to shine through. She’s cuddly, resilient, and ready for a loving forever home.
