My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Raiden was found loose in South Park the week following Easter 2025. He does require a dry diet of Sherwood Timothy Hay Measured Pellets (and, of course, lots of Timothy Hay) due to a sensitive belly. He is neutered, litter trained, vaccinated and ready for a home to call his own. His estimated DOB is 3/5/25.

More about this rescue

USQKS is a foster-based 501c3 small animal rescue & sanctuary.

Our History:

Before USQKS, our founder worked in active Guinea Pig Rescue. From there, the active Small Animal Rescue journey started with a… mouse! From there, the journey to becoming a Small Animal Rescue & Sanctuary expanded to hamsters, gerbils, rats and more. That journey then led to chinchillas and last, but not least, domesticated rabbits!
