Hi, my name is Ford and I am looking to be adopted with my "sister", Sue-Bee! We are sweet and playful kittens who enjoy running around playing and then we will flop to take a nap together. I love to lay in laps (so very much that within a few minutes of you sitting down and I am coming to find you!) and try to steal all of the attention from my sister so you will need to be able to share your love or maybe there will be more than one person in the house so we can get lots of love and attention. We loves playing with toys, snuggling in bed, and eating lots of wet food! I have been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested negative for FIV and FELV.
I came from a pretty awful colony where most kittens don't survive. We were teeny tiny when we got scooped up, and since being rescued, I don't think an hour has gone by when we weren't grateful and excited about being saved. Life is just so good! You've got no shortage of toys to play with, siblings to wrestle with, food to fill your tummy, and humans to kiss and snuggle. Who could ask for anything more? Not me!
I can't wait to meet you and give you a smooch (apologies in advance if my whiskers tickle you)!
Estimated date of birth: 6/6/25
Come and meet me at my foster home in Pennsburg!

Additional adoption info
During review of the application if you rent your home, we confirm with your landlord that you are allowed to have the cat per your lease.
We also consider if a particular cat is a good fit for your home. Certain cats will do better in homes without small children, or without other cats. Other cats may need to be adopted with a cat that they are bonded with. So we make sure that the cat and the home are a good match before completing an adoption.
Some of our fosters allow trial adoptions, where you would have 2-3 weeks to make sure that the cat being adopted was accepted by the other pets in your home. If you are interested in this, please ask your Adoption Representative.
All cats adopted from Stray Cat Blues have been screened for feline leukemia and FIV, inoculated, sterilized and wormed when they first come to us. Additional vet work is completed for those cats that require additional care. Healthy, adoptable cats and kittens are then housed through our network of foster homes until they are adopted.
You are also welcome to come visit cats at our PetSmart Collegeville and PetSmart North Wales/Montgomeryville locations (see times for adoption showings). If you see a cat there that you like, you can complete an adoption application there in person.
Questions - email us at: contact@straycatblues.org. We are happy to answer general questions, and also put you in touch with the foster families for questions about specific cats.
Adoption Fees:
• $150 - Kittens up to one year of age
• $100 - For cats over one year and up to 7 years of age
• $70 - For cats 7 years of age and over.
All fees are subject to Pennsylvania's 6% sales tax and a minimum of $5 or 5% service fee.
Fees for cats with special needs will be determined based upon circumstances and may result in a fee reduction.
