Meet Atlas:

Atlas, sweet Atlas, has almost completed his 84-day treatment for Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP), and, happily, he’s thriving! Friendlier than friendly, he loves being held and petted as much as he loves playing, jumping and wrestling with his brother Comet. Highly food motivated and famously fond of treats, Atlas feels the best treat of all would be finding an adoptive home with room in their hearts for both Comet and him.

Currently, we have a private Shelter for our animals so it is by appointment only. However we also have a partnership with Pet Value in Aurora (Bayview and Aurora Road) where many cats and kittens are also housed.

We attend local Fairs, Events such as "All About Pets" Show in Toronto, for example, and other fund-raising events during the year in the Toronto area.

North Toronto Cat Rescue is a registered Canadian charrity made up of dedicated volunteers concerned with the welfare of all cats and kittens. We rescue, foster, provide veterinary care (including blood testing, vaccines and spay/neuter) and arrange adoptions for abandoned or rescue felines.

For ten years, North Toronto Cat Rescue has been helping hundreds of souls in need wherever we find them, offering love, nourishment, safety, medical care and the hope of a "forever" home.

We are not a spay/neuter and release group as we believe all these animals deserve comfot, warmth and love, particularly during the long cold winter days here in Canada. They will remain with us until they find a permanent home.
