Bach is a handsome, resilient boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Bach is the perfect mix of playful energy and laid-back charm and he’s ready to find a forever home where he can truly shine. His estimated birthday is 7.24.23.
Bach loves men and women alike and forms strong bonds with his people. He may hide when new visitors arrive, but give him a little time and you’ll see his sweet, affectionate side come to life. Once he feels safe, he’s a cuddly kitty who enjoys being petted, snuggling up nearby, and greeting you at the door when you come home. He’ll even “chat” back when you talk to him, making him a wonderful little companion who truly connects with his humans.
Playtime is one of Bach’s favorite things — he has impressive kitten energy when the mood strikes and loves playing fetch with toy mice. (Yes, fetch!) If he had a job, it would be a professional boxer — in the most adorable way — batting his toys around with enthusiasm. He especially enjoys when his catnip toys are rotated to keep things fresh and exciting, and he never says no to a Churu tuna treat.
Bach can be picked up, though he prefers not to be carried around for long. He’s happiest when he can choose to come to you for affection and settle in on his own terms.
Bach does need to be the only pet in the home. Other cats cause him significant stress, and he would thrive as your one and only furry companion. He hasn’t been exposed to children or dogs, but given his sensitive nature, a calm, adult home without other pets would be the best fit. In the right environment, where he feels secure and understood, Bach truly blossoms.
He’s also a survivor and an FIP warrior. Diagnosed with FIP as a young kitten, Bach received lifesaving treatment two years ago and has recovered beautifully. Today, he is a happy, healthy boy with so much love left to give — a testament to his strength and spirit.
Bach isn’t just looking for a home; he’s looking for his person. If you’re searching for a loyal, playful, affectionate companion who will greet you at the door and fill your home with personality, Bach may be your perfect match.
