Meet Oscar, a very friendly 7-month-old mixed, medium-to large-breed boy.

Oscar is a smart boy who loves to cuddle and meet new people and other dogs.

The volunteers have been working hard teaching him his manners and commands. He's eager to please and learns fast.

He's had little car experience so is a bit hesitant about getting into the vehicle; however, once in, he seems to enjoy the ride.
