My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rain is a quiet, gentle senior who does things at her own pace. She enjoys her space and takes her time getting to know new people, but when she’s ready, she’ll show affection in the sweetest, understated ways. She likes to snooze during the day, popping out in the morning or later in the day for meals—her calm way of joining the household rhythm.

Rain is shy but warms up pretty quickly now, winding around legs to greet you. She does appreciate a peaceful, predictable environment. With patience and a soft touch, she’ll slowly come out, leaning into pets and purring when she feels safe. One of her charming little quirks? She rolls onto her back like a tiny otter when she’s in the mood for a treat!

Though she’s not a lap cat, Rain enjoys gentle interaction on her terms and would flourish in a quiet, adult-only home as the only pet, where she can feel secure and relaxed. She’s the perfect companion for someone who loves a calm presence and doesn’t mind letting her set the pace for affection and play.

Could Rain be your serene, sweet-hearted companion?
