My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Deena – 8 months old | 17 lbs | Sweet, Playful, and Ready for Adventure!

Meet Deena, an 8-month-old bundle of joy who’s all heart! This little girl is full of love, curiosity, and endless puppy playfulness. She adores making new friends — whether they’re dogs, cats, or kids — and she always brings sunshine wherever she goes.

Deena, her mom, and her siblings were found abandoned near a hotel, but thanks to the compassion of kind travelers and the amazing team at SOS El Arca Animal Rescue, they were all brought to safety. At the shelter, Deena grew up surrounded by love, care, and gentle guidance from devoted volunteers. With their help, she’s blossomed into a confident, affectionate pup who’s now ready to find her forever family!

This smart girl loves playtime, cuddles, and exploring the world. She’s still learning her leash manners, but she’s eager to please and catching on quickly. With a bit of patience and positive guidance, she’ll be your favorite walking buddy in no time.

Deena has a special chance to travel to New York on December 10th!
She can make the journey only if we find her a foster, foster-to-adopt, or adopter before then. Could that be you?

Personality
Deena is gentle, affectionate, and wonderfully social. She’s playful with other dogs, sweet with children, and even gets along with cats! Whether she’s chasing toys, exploring a park, or curling up beside you after a fun day, Deena’s loving nature shines through.

Training
To help Deena continue growing into her best self, we recommend enrolling her in a positive puppy training class. It’s a fun way for her to build confidence, make friends, and keep learning as she starts her exciting new chapter.

Health Info
-Spayed & microchipped
-Up-to-date on all vaccinations
-4DX tested (heartworm negative)
-On flea, tick, and heartworm prevention
-Dewormed and healthy
