My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there, I’m Lexie! I’m a friendly, playful, and slightly independent feline looking for my forever home. Life hasn’t always been easy—I was abandoned by my previous owner—but I’m ready to move on with a family that appreciates my unique personality. I’m an indoor-only kitty who loves chasing springs and toy mice, and I sometimes even chirp when I’m really excited! I enjoy company, but I like to do things on my terms. I’m not much of a lap cat and I definitely squirm if you try to hold me for too long—but I do love being brushed… just for a little while. I get along with other cats and am usually tolerant around children, though I have a few boundaries—so a calm household, maybe with older kids, is ideal. I promise to bring play, charm, and occasional chirps into your life, and I’ll reward you with my affectionate head bumps and gentle companionship when I’m in the mood. If you’re looking for a friendly, playful, and slightly sassy cat who loves her toys and her independence, I just might be your purr-fect match. Come meet me at Pet Valu Westminster starting November 14th!
