My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Big, bold, and built for snuggles...that’s Talbot! This handsome orange fluffball has quite the comeback story. After being rescued with a serious leg injury, Talbot spent months healing like the brave, resilient king he is. Now fully recovered, he’s ready to rule his forever home with love, purrs, and plenty of lap time.

Talbot’s a certified cuddle professional who lives for attention, whether it’s being brushed, petted, or simply lounging beside his favorite human. When playtime rolls around, he’s all about chasing wand toys (especially the stick part), batting at balls, and showing off his moves on the scratching post.

With his glorious white ruff and gentle, affectionate nature, Talbot is the total package. He’s social with people, would do well with a cat but also fine solo, but says a polite “no, thank you” to dogs.

If you’re looking for a big-hearted orange boy to fill your home with warmth and whiskers, Talbot’s your guy!

Additional adoption info

Adoption fees help to cover the cost of the care the animal has received during their time with us, including spay/neuter, vaccines, microchipping, deworming, and flea treatment and basic foster care.

All potential adopters complete an application and are screened using a standardized series of questions by a trained adoption counselor. If the application and screening are satisfactory, a qualified adopter can complete a contract, pay the adoption fee and take the animal home.
