Koda is recovering from a difficult past and a recent ear surgery, but you’d never know it from his spirit. He’s an incredibly sweet, outgoing, and friendly dog who gets along well with kids, cats, and dogs of all sizes.
Koda loves to play with toys and fetch them! He also loves zoomies with his foster siblings. He currently lives with two large pit mixes and a poodle mix, and he loves playing with all of them, being particularly skilled at matching their play style and energy.
Energy Level? Not very high
House trained? Working on it
Describe how they are on a leash? Easy, he's a great walker.
Describe how they are with other dogs? Great!
Have they been around cats or other animals? How were they? He has not lived with cats but he has met a dog savvy cat and did fine.
Commands they know? Sit, and he is good with name recall
What are their favorite things? Snuggles, toys, and friends
What do they need to work on? Potty training-We are being patient, but French Bulldogs are known to be challenging with potty training, but he will get there!
How are they when left alone? How long have they been left alone? He stays in his crate when not supervised. Longest alone has been 4 hours.
Where do they sleep? In bed
What is their ideal home? Koda ’s ideal home would be one that can provide lots of love and attention to this super special pup. He loves to snuggle his humans. He is quite the couch potato and would stay there all day if he could. But, just as much as he loves a good cuddle, he also loves to play with his foster brothers and sisters and go on little strolls through the neighborhood. He really is an easy-going guy. The ideal home would also understand that Frenchies do require a bit of extra care and is willing to offer that.
