MEET SHORTY. Shorty is an 11-month-old shepherd-mix pup in need of a foster or forever home. His mom was left abandoned at an old Air Force base, and soon thereafter gave birth to four beautiful pups. Shorty and his brother Rusty still are waiting for someone to choose them! Shorty wasn't socialized well as a young pup so is scared in new situations, but he will come around with the right, patient person. He deserves the very best home. If you can foster or adopt Shorty, please email for an application. He weighs about 50 lbs. He is currently in California, but can be transported to Oregon.
