Beau was dropped off by a truck driver at my husbands work at 5 months old. He fell in love with his loyal and affectionate personality. We thought we could give him a good home filled with love. Since then, it’s been about 2 years of trying to find ways to accommodate him in a small home and keep him in our family. We did training sessions and was responding amazingly and learns so fast but my husband and I both have time demanding jobs and we just had a baby. In that case, we have not had time to be able to keep up with our part of the training and consistency. Beau listens well, he is constantly beside me looking for a task, he is so protective of our house, & loves to cuddle. He gets along with our old lab mix. Ran away from our neighbors pit when he got out. Doesnt run away. Good recall. He turns 3 soon. We love him, for that reason, we have had to make the most difficult decision to give him up to a home with time and attention he deserves. Very protective not sure how he’ll do.
