Meet Pandora, a beautiful domestic short-haired kitty who was born on September 1, 2024, and weighs ten pounds. She is now ready for a wonderful home of her own after successfully raising and weaning her kittens. She is a communicative girl who loves to talk to you and even appears to know her name, as she will come to you when she is called. While she is a little reserved and may be shy or hide for a while once she arrives in a new environment, she is gentle enough to be picked up and truly enjoys light petting. Pandora and her kittens have thrived under the care of a wonderful cat foster, and we are confident she will flourish with a patient family. Pandora is up to date on her vaccines, has been spayed, and is microchipped, meaning this wonderful kitty is available for adoption right now. Her adoption fee is $150. Our adoption fees do vary depending on the animal and all pets go to new owners already spayed and neutered, vaccinated and wormed. All adopters are given a two week adoption trial with an exchange guarantee if the animal does not work out. We require a completed adoption application, which is on line on our website, and a signed care contract. All pets go out with a copy of their signed agreement and a copy of their medical record. Fees for adult cats are $60-75 and kittens are $75. Fees for dogs are $125 to $200 for adult mixed breed up to $300 for purebred, small dog puppies.

Go meet their pets

TRACS offers appointments daily 1-5 PM during the week excluding Mondays to see and meet adoptable pets. Tracs also adopts cats and kittens from Petsmart in Missoula, Montana. We have adoption days for dogs and cats at Petsmart additionally about 6 times a year. We also attend annual adoption events in the Missoula and Kalispell areas of Montana.

TRACS has been in operation for 7 years and we have taken in and adopted out 3000 animals (as of 11/1/2013). We are mostly volunteers and pride ourselves on the fact that we have a new facility (small and humble but very comfortable) and have had for 2 years. We are a small budget organization and we receive no municipal or county support. We totally depend on donations to keep up our good work. We accept all donations of food, bedding, litter, or anything else that folks like to give us. Of course, monetary contributions are very much needed and are fully tax deductible.
