Rigby is a friendly boy that likes to play, and be a snuggly lap dog. He enjoys playing with other dogs, and when he is happy or excited gets the zoomies and turns around in circles. He does well with cats, is crate trained, potty trained, and walks great on a leash. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, Heartworm test negative and on preventative, flea and tick treated, and has a microchip.
