Meet Neal, a 2-year-old, 35-pound cutie with a labby look, a stunning partial blue eye, and the sweetest soul. <br/><br/>Hes been very shy in the shelter, but with patience, gentle words, and a few treats, hes slowly opening up and showing just how loving he can be. Neal is extremely treat motivated-his nose is always going, and he puts that great sniffing power to use during enrichment time, which he really enjoys.<br/><br/>He can be timid with new people, but once he trusts you, he becomes affectionate, soft, and eager for pets. Still very skinny, this little guy has plenty of room to grow-both in confidence and in comfort. He has done well meeting others dogs and would likely do well with confident companions to show him more ways to dog.<br/><br/>With love, time, and continued positive experiences, Neal will blossom into a loyal, tender companion who just needed someone to see his potential.

LifeLine embraces the Adopters Welcome approach. This philosophy encourages conversation-based and open-minded adoptions, enabling us to find more homes for our shelter pets without unnecessary judgment.
We have many wonderful pets waiting to be yours! Adoption fees are $85 for dogs and $65 for cats (Dogs over 5 years old, $40). The adoption fee to persons over 55 years old is $40. Adoptions includes spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, heartworm test, fecal test, and Feline Leukemia/FIV test for cats.
