Maggie is a very sweet 10 year old Shih Tzu but a puppy at heart. Maggie loves human attention and also loves to play and be outside. I took her in as her old owner did not have the time for a dog anymore. Maggie would thrive in a home with someone who is home or has people home often. She would also do best in a house with a yard that is easily accessible. She is house trained and very well behaved. She does not bark and has shown absolutely no signs of aggression.
Maggie does have high anxiety. She does not do well during thunderstorms and has taken anti anxiety medications for it. She also is afraid of washing machines. During times I am doing laundry I will often take her on a walk.
Overall Maggie is an amazing companion. Anyone that wants a partner to do everything with should definitely consider taking this sweet girl in.
