Angel is a good-natured fellow. Four years old. We rescued him when he was abandoned in the desert as a mostly-grown puppy. From the start he has been eager to please, learning basic training commands, house-broken, never chews what is not his to chew. Likes playing with kids and good with other dogs once he gets a good introduction. He needs room to run--access to a big yard for sure. He's a hunter--rabbits, rodents, groundhogs (we lived in Vermont for a while)--your garden will be rid of them. He will not be good with cats, rodent pets, or chickens. He's okay on a leash, but when he is intent on investigating something he will pull, and he's strong. He's pretty easy overall, not real demanding, and loves a good rump scratch.
