My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*** Daiquiri is at The Cat Cafe in downtown San Diego. ***

Daiquiri #19773: black/orange/white calico, short hair, spayed female, born approx. 9/1/23

Cats: gets along and good solo
Dogs: likely okay
Children: calm all ages

BACKGROUND: Daiquiri and her two adolescent kittens appeared one day at a colony of cats who are fed and watched over by a caretaker. When the feeder arrived, they came running over to greet her and started purring when she picked them up. She took the clearly people-friendly family home with her and asked The Rescue House if we could help them find loving homes.

PERSONALITY: This friendly and easygoing kitty makes life enjoyable and her personality is as delightful as the irresistibly-cute black heart on her nose! Daiquiri is calm-natured and chill; she likes to hang out and lounge around with her people and is an attentive listener when you talk to her. She loves to get attention while not being overly demanding about it—she simply likes being in your company. You can even carry her like a baby. Since she likes high places, we recommend a tall cat tree for her lounging pleasure. Daiquiri is playful in a calm and focused manner, loves wand toys, and has a youthful and curious spirit while not being over the top… though she abandons any dignity come mealtime.

COMPATIBILITY: Daiquiri is an adaptable girl who gets along with other cats though isn’t dependent on them and would likely be comfortable as a solo kitty. If given a proper introduction, she`d most likely be fine with cat-friendly dogs. She enjoys humans of all ages that are equally calm and easygoing.

Daiquiri will slip into your heart before you know it and make herself at home. How can you resist?
