My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Abel is a 3 year old Australian Cattle Dog/Pitbull/Labrador Retriever Mix.

He is currently at home with his first owners who are looking to rehome him.

He loves chasing balls and going on long walks. He's also a super cuddly dog but doesn't like moving blankets. He is potty trained and will yawn and boop you to let you know he needs to go outside. He also boops you when he's hungry or wants attention.

He's super smart and knows a lot of tricks. He's still working on crate training but he understands the purpose of them.

He is selectively social and has some anxiety around new people, but after a while he gets use to them. He'd do really well in a home with another dog as he had lived with a chihuahua for roughly 2 years. He also grew up with two cats and is very gentle with them.

He has some trouble with bigger dogs as he wasn't properly socialized around them and has a hard time understanding how to play with them. Although a big dog who is gentle would be good.
