Meet the Pet
This helps Peninsula CatWorks with pet care costs.
Bobby is a sweet quiet handsome boy who loves pets and playing. He doesn't mind being picked up or touched or moved. He doesn't stay long on a lap, but he does like being near you to be petted and rubbed. Age given is a guess.
Bobby and his partner kitty, Chloe, were found out near the San Carlos Airport unfixed and unhoused in December 2023. He was neutered and returned to his location. Over the course of 6 months he was found to be friendly. The caretaker decided to bring him inside with his kitty partner. He was comfortable within an hour of being moved.
An ideal situation would be for Bobby and Chloe to be rehomed together to a person familiar with cats. Even though they were not always together at their feeding location, they keep each other company. I am not sure if they would work with kids. They seem to love being indoor cats, not standing at the door or window scratching to get out.
He does have a few broken teeth, but nothing needing immediate attention. The vet said there is one tooth that is being resorbed, and likely it will need to have some future attention, but not now. No FIV or FEV.
