Knuckles was left by his owner when he joined the military. He was left with the grandma who did not want him in the house due to dog hair. He was caged all the time except for a couple of walks. She approached us on the street one day asking if we wanted a dog because she doesn’t want him. We found someone willing to take him and took him into our home until this adopter was ready. Unfortunately they did not follow through and stopped responding. Our dog in our home does not like other dogs. Knuckles is very sweet and listens well. His quality of life is not much better in our home as we are trying to keep him in a pen to avoid our dog trying to antagonize him. We really need to find him a home who can give him the love and space he needs.
