Age: 1 year as of 11/19/25 Est. DOB: 11/1/2024
SEX: Male Weight: 4.5 lbs as of 9/3/25
Coloring: Brown Tabby Type of Hair: Short
Litter: Manny, Mollie
Gets Along With: With proper integration, Manny will likely get along with other cats, dogs and kids with an acclimation period. We’re happy to help with tips and tricks!
Currently Living at: Foster home in the DC area
I am Looking For: My loving forever family! Hi! I'm Manny, and I've had a hard life so far. I was rescued off the streets of Puerto Rico and have grown up living in a cage - I'm so excited for the new lease on life awaiting me in DC! Can you be a part of my amazing new life and give me a forever home?
What My Foster Says About Me: Manny is a lithe, beautifully marked cat with taupe fur and black/brown markings that make him look like a cougar or like he has on makeup. He is a very quiet, dignified, calm cat who loves to observe the room, almost sphinx-like. He enjoys being patted and will sit in your lap for cuddles and to keep you company. His purrs are almost silent, but he is easy to please and enjoys attention. He enjoys cat treats and a place to sit, like a bed, shelf, or cushioned shoebox, while he observes the room. Mollie loves to cuddle with her friend Manny, with whom she was found in Puerto Rico. Very good litter box habits. We have just introduced our 12-year-old dog being in the room, and so far Manny is cautious but not afraid. (Updated 11/26/25)
