Meet Travis!
This cutie arrived July 2025 as part of a humane case. He had a rough start to life due to that, including a few medical scares upon his arrival, but this boy is a tough one! He's looking for his forever home now that he's healthy, preferably one with lots of places to explore! Travis loves running around, discovering new things, and having little adventures! He also loves playing, especially with laser toys. While he may not be fond of being held most of the time, he is a big cuddler and lover who is always down for a ear rub!
Travis is quite picky about his food, and usually only eats Purina Cat Chow. He is great with other cats and has previously lived with dogs. He is a friend to humans big and small!

Travis is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Their adoption process

1.

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Check out all of the pets on our website and or stop in to meet them at the shelter.

2.

Submit Application

Submit an adoption application and wait for an adoption counselor to contact you about your approval.

3.

Approve Application

Come in to meet the pet and make sure they are a good fit. If you have a dog in the home we require dog to dog meet and greets.

4.

Take the Pet Home

Once you have found the best fit you will take the pet home for a two week foster trial period.

5.

Sign Adoption Contract

At the end of the two week period, come back into the shelter to finalize your adoption and enjoy your new best friend!

Shelter is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10-4:30. We also participate is various adoption events throughout the year.
