*This animal is a part of our “Seniors for Seniors” program where we offer senior adopters an opportunity to adopt an eligible pet at a discounted fee.*
Cleopatra is a sweet, goofy, and affectionate girl who loves nothing more than jumping onto your lap for belly rubs and attention. She’s playful, eager to please, and has that charming mix of energy and gentle affection that makes her a joy to be around.
Cleopatra came from a hoarding situation, and when she arrived she was extremely skinny, dehydrated, and had overgrown nails. Despite her rough start, she’s a resilient little lady who’s learning to enjoy the comforts of a loving home. She’s leash trained, rides well in the car, and does well with other dogs and in fact would do best with another dog in the household due to her background.
She can be a bit unsure at first, but she warms up quickly. Cleopatra is also a bit of a trash-can explorer, which never fails to make her fosters laugh. Her teeth could use some attention, but her personality more than makes up for it! She’s adaptable, playful, and ready to bring joy (and a few giggles) to her forever family!
Cleopatra is dealing with some separation anxiety, so a home without shared walls would be needed.

Meet the Pet
Your chosen animal’s foster home will reach out to you to discuss the pet you are interested in. If applicable, schedule a meet and greet!
Sign Adoption Contract
An Applications team member will send the electronic adoption contract to you to be signed. They will also request adoption fee payment.
Take the Pet Home
Once adoption agreement and payment are complete, you take your new pet home!
