Padme’s world turned upside down recently. She was deeply loved and cared for in one home her whole life, but when her family’s circumstances changed, they had to make the heartbreaking decision to let her go. Now, this gentle girl is trying to understand her new surroundings — a little confused, a little nervous — but her kind heart and quiet curiosity are already shining through.
Padme is the kind of dog who wants to trust, and every day she takes another brave step toward doing just that. She’s good with other respectful dogs and cats, walks beautifully on a leash, and is both house and crate trained — a total gem of a companion.
Once she knows she’s safe, Padme’s sweetness blooms. She leans in for soft pets, follows you with hopeful eyes, and you can almost see her heart saying, “I’m trying… I want to love again.”
