🍬 Sweet, shy, and totally worth it – meet Candy!
Candy is a 1-year-old, 15 lb long-legged dachshund mix with a heart as big as her ears! She LOVES other dogs—playing, cuddling, snuggling—you name it—but prefers pals her size. Candy dances when she begs, loves to be held like a baby, and will snuggle in the bend of your legs or behind your back. She’ll happily follow you around and be your shadow no matter what you do!
She’s food motivated, crate-trained (her safe space!), potty and dog door trained, and a total lap baby once she trusts you. Candy is shy with new people due to missed socialization, so she needs a patient, loving family willing to give her time. She won’t come running at a meet-and-greet, but once she warms up, she’ll be your loyal, affectionate, completely devoted best friend. 💕
Candy’s adoption requirements:

All of our animals are fully vetted, which includes spay/neuter, up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested and treated if necessary, up to date on flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and microchipped prior to adoption.
