My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sloan!

Sloan is such a gentle girl and she loves to meow and chat with you! Sloan and her best friend Sage are bonded and love to groom each other. Although they were relinquished by their owner due to changes in circumstances, they are cherished pets looking for a new start.

Sloan is the more curious and playful of the two. She gets a thrill out of chasing a ball across the floor and absolutely lights up when a wand toy is in flight! It does not take long for her to let you in, but once she does, her gentle chirps and rubbing do not stop.

You can find this adorable bonded duo, Sloan and Sage, at PetSmart, ready for their next adventure in a loving home. Head there to go visit during their open hours through the windows but please email cats@heartlandanimalshelter.org to schedule a time to meet them! PetSmart Northbrook is located at 291 Skokie Blvd, Northbrook, IL 60062 and is open Monday - Saturday 9am-8pm and Sunday 10am-7pm.

Sloan is spayed, up-to-date on FVRCP and Rabies vaccinations, FIV and FeLV negative.
