Twig is really hoping that her happy ending is coming soon. She is an 11 month old, female, medium sized, mixed breed. Unfortunately, her forever home didn’t work out and she’s still looking for a family. We now know that her ideal family would not have children under 12 and be home often. She can get a little anxious which is understandable after spending most of her life in a shelter. She loves to play and finds comfort in being close to the people she loves. She has been spayed and is up to date on vaccinations. She just needs a chance! Please consider coming in to meet her. You won’t regret it!
HOW TO GO ABOUT ADOPTING:
1. Come in during adoption hours to apply and full out an application completely. We have applications on site. Open adoption hours take place at 44 Worthington Road in Cranston, RI. We are open every Wednesday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm.
2. We require proof of homeownership (tax form, deed, mortgage statement) or landlord approval (a copy of your lease that clearly states you are allowed to have a dog, puppy, cat, or kitten OR written and signed consent from your landlord.
3. We require copies of up to date vet records for any current pets.

*We do not do same day adoptions.
*Please bring the entire family in to meet the animal you are interested in.
*We will setup a meet and greet with your dog at a later date. PLEASE do not bring your dog with you when you come in to apply.

This means that you must own your home and provide proof of homeownership to adopt a Bully breed/Pit Bull dog or puppy. While we understand that this may be an inconvenience, it is necessary to help reduce the number of devastated dogs being returned. We apologize for the inconvenience.
