Poncho is a excitable, cuddly, playful, and curious pup who loves walks, playing with other dogs, and curling up at our feet at the end of the day. He has attended and passed a 4 week basic obedience course (sit,stay, drop, etc commands) and is crate and house potty trained.
Unfortunately, our cat and dog have not bonded as we'd hoped and our cats aggressive response to Poncho make us worried about potential harm coming to either or both at some time. Poncho is still working on not greeting people by jumping up on them, so at least his time, he is not ideal for a family with young children.
Poncho would be perfect for a home with no cats, no children, an ability to take him for a 20 min walk once a day, and willingness to cuddle up with him on the couch at the end of the day.
