Location: [Chandler, AZ]
š± Name: [Salem]
š Age: 2 years
š Spayed/Vaccinated: [yes]
Meet Salem, our sweet 2-year-old “bird watcher.”
She LOVES perching on the windowsill and chirping at birds — it’s her favorite pastime. She’s an independent little explorer who enjoys finding cozy, dark napping spots around the house (closets, corners, under a blanket fort she makes herself).
She’s shy at first, but once she trusts you, she loves attention and will seek out pets and companionship.
We are rehoming her because she is struggling with stress in our home environment. She sometimes has litter box inconsistency when she is overwhelmed, so she needs a calmer home where she can settle in at her own pace. We are currently doing a bathroom reset/litter retraining with her and can explain everything — it’s simple and works well when the home is low-stress.
Her ideal home:
• Calm and quiet (1–2 adults is perfect)
• No young kids running around
• Someone patient and willing to work with her
