If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Winston is a sweet, energetic 1-year-old boy (born June 10, 2024). He’s one of our dogs’ puppies and has grown into a loving, playful companion. Winston is potty trained and will go to the door and ring a bell when he needs to go outside. He’s full of energy and would do best in a home with a yard where he can run and play. Despite his playful side, he’s a total lapdog who loves cuddling and watching TV. Winston gets very excited when people come home and may jump up in excitement, so he’d do best in a home with older children. He’s not aggressive—just happy and eager to play! He is great with other dogs with the exception of a previous neighbors dog that didn’t do well with other dogs. He likes to chase and play with cats, though his energy may be too much for some. He loves his rope toys and stuffed animals, and is happiest when he’s close to his people.
Winston would make a wonderful companion for someone who can give him lots of love, attention, and space to play.
