Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Harper — a survivor with a heart full of hope and a second chance at life.
Just last week, one of our adopters spotted her tangled in a fence, choking and terrified. They jumped into action, freeing her in the nick of time. Inside the home, they found her elderly owner — a kind man who loved her deeply but could no longer provide the care she needed. Thanks to his selflessness and her rescuer’s bravery, Harper is safe — and now she’s ready for a home filled with love and security.
Harper is about a year old, curious, and bursting with personality. She’s learning fast — mastering potty training, sleeping quietly in her crate, and adjusting to the comforts of indoor life. She’s gentle, affectionate, and happiest near her people, especially kids. She loves her toys, enjoys exploring outside, and will army crawl right into your lap for love.
About Harper:
- 1 year old, full of energy and heart
- Food-motivated and quick to learn
- Potty trained and crate trained
- Great with kids and affectionate with her people
- Calm indoors, curious outdoors
- Dog-friendly with proper introductions
Harper has survived the unthinkable and still greets every day with love. She’s ready for a foster-to-adopt or forever home that will give her patience, consistency, and the safety she’s always deserved. She’s learning what it means to be loved — could you be the one to show her?
Adoption is $275, which includes spay/neuter at our vet, vaccines, dewormer, microchip, and clean bill of health. Although we work to potty train all of our dogs, we cannot guarantee full house training before adoption. Regression is a normal part of transitioning to a new home.
